For this version of Chaska ("Star" in Quechua), we have selected green beans from Pichanaqui, in central Peru. The coffee trees are grown between 1000 and 1800 metres above sea level, a region renowned for its beautiful mountainous production areas. This time, this 100% Arabica is a blend of sachimor, catimor, typica, caturra, catuai, bourbon, H1. Prepared as an espresso, it reveals notes of red berries and chocolate.
