For this version of Chaska ("Star" in Quechua), we have selected green beans from Amazonas, in central Peru. The coffee trees are grown between 1300 and 2000 metres above sea level, a region renowned for its beautiful mountainous production areas. This time, this 100% Arabica is a blend of pache, catimor, typica and caturra. Prepared as an espresso, it reveals notes of red berries and chocolate.
