"Mountain water process" is a water-based decaffeination method that does not involve any solvents, allowing the authentic taste of a specialty coffee to be retained.

The Chiapas region is extremely rich in culinary, cultural and geographic diversity. Indeed, it enjoys exceptional bioclimatic conditions that have allowed it to develop a rich and diverse agriculture.

Harvested between January and April, this coffee offers a round profile with a spicy taste and chili flavor.
