Description
Nour, founder of La Gazette in Morges, where coffee shop, gastronomy and concept store meet, has been collaborating with us since its opening in 2019.
Looking for an organic coffee that would work well as an espresso and mixed with milk, we selected this organic coffee that she highlights with her beautiful La Marzocco machine.
This washed coffee comes to us from the Huehuetenango region of western Guatemala, where the coffee plantations reach very high altitudes of up to 1800 metres.
Its dark roast gives it a medium body with sweet notes of fresh almond and shortbread.
